As our new Sales & Customer Service Officer, you'll pioneer our new sales department at NK Robotics with your peers, focusing on client management and student enrollment while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Master our programs, services, and processes.

- Identify customer needs swiftly for efficient sales conversion and service delivery. - Take ownership of leads to meet targets.

- Coordinate with teaching department for seamless operations. -Fulfill other duties assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate:

- O levels, Nitec certification and up.

- 3 weekdays and weekends availability required.

- English & Chinese proficiency; strong bilingualism is advantageous.

- Demonstrates emotional maturity and passion.

- Good persuasion and mediation skills.
