Job Description:

• Responsible for forecast review and Structure Demand Review Process (SDRP);

• Responsible for production and manufacturing planning, inventory control and shipment;

• Ensures on-time delivery to customers;

• Oversees production loading, coordinating with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues affecting customer deliveries;

• Responsible for all planning KPIs to meet AOP targets;

• Manages a team of planners in production planning and control with responsibility on optimal utilization of material, manpower and machine;

• Monitors performances on timely MRP production schedules, inventory and customer shipments;

• Directs economical manufacturing plans, materials management and stock levels;

• Evaluate the most cost-effective inventory level, production capability and capacity and liaison with third party production sites;

• Decides on obsolescence and scrap materials disposal;

• Ensuring NPI projects are completed on time;

• Identify risk and coordinate between stakeholders to generate risk mitigation plan;

• Continuously improves planning processes and Planning SOPs;

• Provides training and coaching to planners to improve their planning competency level.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in supply chain management or a relevant discipline;

• More than 3 years of experience leading a planning team;

• Strong leadership skills; good knowledge of ERP & MRP systems preferred; proficiency with MS Office applications;

• Collaborative, proactive, self-motivated, and independent;

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
