Responsibilities
  • Assist the Client Relationship Management team with compliance related tasks.
  • Handle sensitive client information with utmost discretion and care
  • Request for information from clients to complete onboarding and KYC tasks according to company policies.
  • Stay up to date on prevailing industry-relevant regulations and for audits.
  • Provide excellent customer support and improve the client experience by minimizing response times, ensuring clients are guided through our onboarding process seamlessly and without delay.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in English for speaking and writing required.
  • Other languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience banking and finance KYC compliance and/or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills.
