The alliance creates a "one-stop shop" for clients to access the legal services of each firm - the Singapore law expertise of Prolegis LLC and the international skills of Herbert Smith Freehills' global network in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa and North America.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our award-winning Disputes practice as a Legal Executive . The role would require the candidate to assist the lawyers in the day-to-day running of disputes matters and overseeing the firm's various legal automation tools and workflows.

You will be working in a collegiate environment. The role will also involve working very closely with Herbert Smith Freehills' various practices - including its market leading international arbitration and disputes practice as part of the Formal Law Alliance in Singapore.

To be successful in this role, you should:-

• Have experience working in a law firm in a paralegal / legal executive role - preferably with a background in law (degree/diploma) and or equivalent experience;
• Demonstrate interest in legal automation and has solid understanding of legal automation software and experience;
• Be able to live and work legally in Singapore. We will not be able to assist with or sponsor your application for a permit to live and work in Singapore;
• Have an excellent command of English (spoken and written);
• Have an ability to communicate ideas confidently and attention to detail;
• Have excellent academics.
