Qualifications <ul> <li>At least 2 years of managed services sales experience focused on day 2 operations service.</li> <li>Industry knowledge with sales certifications of IT management platforms, preferably, but not limited to, ServiceNow.</li> <li>Proven solution selling experience in ITSM (IT Service Management), FSM (Field Service Management), and familiarity with ticket/case management & workflow automation platforms.</li> <li>Diploma or Tertiary degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.</li> <li>ITIL certification</li> <li>SPIN, MEDDIC, or other relevant sales certifications.</li></ul>
