Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, develop, and close opportunities in Service Desk Outsourcing and ServiceNow managed services within a defined set of prospects, territory, or vertical.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an opportunity strategy across a broad virtual team.
  • Develop and execute strategic account development and opportunity plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO), key decision-makers, and stakeholders within target organizations.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully hunting and closing new business in greenfield accounts.
  • Diploma or Tertiary degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Desk Outsourcing and ServiceNow.
  • ITIL, SPIN, LAMP, or ServiceNow specialization certifications are a plus.
