• Lead the full cycle of recruitment process from job postings, onboarding ensuring compliance and aligning with MOM guidelines. Assist in Hiring
• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
• Address employees' queries
• Manage daily HR operations, including employee records and benefits administration
• Handling employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
• HR processes, policies and procedures
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee data and documentation
• Prepare HR and accounts required reports.
• Candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection; propose compensation packages aligned with market data, budget and SAT test.
• Collaborate with the background reference checking company to process EP.
• Manage end-to-end processes for Visa, work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals in compliance with MOM
• Manage end-to-end payroll administration including leave management, monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, and IRAS tax filings (IR8A, IR21), Government-Paid Leave claims and full and final settlement.
• Salary Processing in Bank.
• Maintained accurate employee records and follow payroll procedures and policies
• Administer group insurance and medical benefits, including renewals and claims, ensuring compliance.
• Handle timely and accurate data submission for audits, quarterly GST filings and support annual audit processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Submission of invoices in Govt. and local portals ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Invoice and Bank reconciliations, manage vendor payments, and follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Preparation of HR related letters for employees.
• Manage office administration (office rental, phone etc.), maintain IT inventory records, and procure pantry and stationery supplies.
• Scheduling and calendar management as Regional Head's PA for client meetings and business engagements.
• Handle travel arrangements for employees and management, including flight and hotel bookings.
• Manage petty cash and buy items and ad hoc duties assigned by reporting head.
• Coordinating with Sales team on their requirements and witness sign the sales agreements.
• Organising meetings and managing databases
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports
• Supervising and monitoring the administrative task
• Processing Purchase Order /invoices and managing office budgets
• Organising induction programmes for new employees
• Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
• Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met.
• Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping records up to date,
• Arranging interviews and updating financial documents.
• Ensure adherence to local employment laws and internal policies are followed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Mon-Fri work week
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Team management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Certification in HR is a plus
