What You'll Do

As our Relationship Builder, you'll be the face of our brand to a portfolio of clients. You'll manage accounts post-sale, ensuring each client feels heard, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals using our product or service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinating with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver on client needs.
• Troubleshooting client issues and acting as their internal advocate.
• Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and planning calls.
• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients post-onboarding.
