Role & Responsibilities:
Requirement:
- Ensure design complies with all statutory requirements
- Managing design development of the project
- Execute tender procurement
- On-site construction supervision
- Procure statutory compliance for TOP and CSC
- Monitor the making good of defects and final certification
- Responsible to the Project Director, and to mentor Architectural Assistants and Technical Staff
Requirement:
- Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to supervise and manage a team
- Familiarity with HDB projects is an advantage
- Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract)
- Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability
- Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
- Remuneration will be commensurate with your experience and qualification
