Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the R&D team in developing and improving aerospace products
• Create technical strategies that support product development, certification, and compliance with airworthiness standards (EASA, Boeing TC, Airbus TC, TSO, etc.)
• Oversee product certifications, engineering reports, testing (thermal, environmental, wear & tear), and documentation
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, DOA, POA, and relevant aviation regulations
• Approve product designs and improvements that enhance quality, lower costs, and meet customer needs
• Collaborate with design teams, suppliers, and certification bodies for product approval and innovation
• Supervise KLM/Nilesk composite trolley development and certification
• Ensure timely and accurate certification data submissions
• Lead design improvements and product upgrades
• Eliminate obsolete products and adopt cost-effective testing alternatives
• Introduce new tools, CAD software, and testing systems as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in aerospace R&D or engineering management
• Strong knowledge of TSO, EASA, Boeing/Airbus certification processes, and ISO 9001
• Skilled in SAP, 2D/3D CAD software, and airworthiness regulations
• Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills
