Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams to achieve quality, delivery, and cost (QDC) objectives.
• Own and resolve customer or project-related issues with internal teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and overseas teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify risks early and recommend preventive actions.
• Plan, estimate, and track project tasks to meet timelines across multiple projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documents for each milestone and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
• Adapt to changes in deadlines, schedules, and requirements.
• Travel as needed for project kick-offs, reviews, and alignment meetings.
• Support RFI/RFQ activities with manpower planning and project schedule estimates.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of product development and quality assurance processes.
• Experience managing full project life cycle - budgeting, scheduling, contracts, risk, etc.
