Performance Pickleball isn't just a facility-we're a club where sport, lifestyle, and community come alive. We're Singapore's #1 Pickleball Club, and we're looking for a vibrant, people-loving Guest Experience & Club Operations Crew to be the face and energy of our club.
You'll make our guests feel like they just walked into their second home-whether it's their first time holding a paddle or their tenth time this week. If you're passionate about hospitality, obsessed with good vibes, and can chat up just about anyone, this is your court.

Hospitality Pro or Rising Star
You've worked in hospitality, sports clubs, or customer service-or you have the instincts for it. Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
Sales-Confident (But Real About It)
You don't "sell"-you share, recommend, and guide . You help people find the right fit and enjoy doing it.
Content-Friendly
You know how to take a good story-worthy pic or video. You are comfortable in front of a camera. You don't need to be a full-on content creator-just someone who "gets" the moment.
All-In Team Player
You're someone who can lead but isn't above wiping down a bench or fixing a ball cart. You show up, contribute, and lift those around you.

Key Responsibilities
Guest & Member Experience (This Is Your Playground!)
- Greet every guest like a friend-remember names, ask how their game went, make them smile
- Help first-timers feel welcome, confident, and excited to play
- Be a walking encyclopedia of all our offerings-less "sales pitch," more "friendly chat"
- Handle questions, feedback, and even complaints with empathy and ownership
Build genuine relationships with members and guests to create a loyal community vibe
️ Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee cleanliness and make sure the club is always game-ready: clean courts, lights on, stocked up, and inviting
- Open or close the space (when on duty) and follow SOPs with consistency
- Do regular walk-throughs to spot things that need fixing-and get them fixed fast
- Manage and troubleshoot booking systems, POS, and other club tech
️ Pro Shop & Product Curation
- Keep our retail space looking fresh, clean, and irresistible
- Restock paddles, balls, accessories, and apparel in a timely and stylish way
- Offer friendly gear recommendations-"what paddle fits your style?"-and upsell naturally
- Share your knowledge to help guests choose the right products confidently
Sharing Programs & Driving Sales (the Fun Way)
- Passionately share our coaching programs, memberships, clinics, and merch with guests
- Recommend packages based on what the guest is looking for-be consultative, not pushy
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and visitors to help them take the next step
- Contribute customer feedback to help us fine-tune our offerings and pricing
Events & Community Building
- Assist in planning and running our leagues, workshops, socials, and themed nights
- Handle event setup, registration, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Be hands-on during events-on the ground, capturing moments, chatting with players
- Come up with fun ideas to keep the community engaged and coming back
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist the marketing manager with capturing required footage for production
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, Stories, and Reels that showcase club life
- Film candid shots or short interviews with members and guests
- Share content ideas that reflect what's happening in the club and community
- Collaborate with our marketing team to keep things fresh and authentic
Admin & Strategic Execution
- Keep daily logs: sales, inventory, attendance, and facilities
- Support founders and department heads with ad-hoc execution tasks
- Provide insights from guest interactions and propose ways to improve service
- Help streamline operations and refine SOPs as the club scales
