Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, particularly racquet sports, and thrives ina retail environment. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and delivering an excellent in-store experience that drives sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Understand the features and benefits of our sporting goods, especially racquet (tennis, badminton, ping pong, padel, etc) equipment.
• Recommend products based on custome needs and preferences.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.
• Learn and assist with racquet restringing (training will be provided)
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or concern professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in sporting goods or racquet sports.
• Strong communication skills in both English and/or Mandarin to effectively support our diverse customer base.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and in a team.
• Experience in racquet restringing is a plus (on-the-job training will be provided)
• Passion for sports and a willingness to learn about our extensive product range.
