Centre Manager - Tuition Centre (Full-Time)

Location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (includes weekends)
Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,200/month (depending on experience or KPI)

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Centre Manager who will be the key point of contact for parents, students, and tutors - someone who thrives in a service-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations

• Oversee day-to-day running of the centre (classroom setup, scheduling, tutor assignment)
• Ensure smooth execution of lessons, including managing make-up classes
• Track student attendance, progress, and administrative matters
• Coordinate with tutors on student needs and class arrangements

Parent & Student Liaison

• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and students
• Follow up on feedback, queries, and concerns professionally and promptly
• Manage enrolment, withdrawals, and retention processes

Sales & Lead Management

• Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins, and online leads
• Convert leads into sign-ups and achieve monthly enrolment targets
• Coordinate with HQ on campaigns, promotions, and marketing materials
• Contribute ideas to boost sign-ups and student retention

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in tuition/education/customer service/retail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Friendly, proactive, and confident in dealing with parents and tutors
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and admin tools
• Able to work weekends (1-2 weekdays off per week)
• Singaporean/PR only

Bonus If You Have

• Experience in sales or lead management
• Familiarity with MOE syllabus or tuition centre operations
