✈️ Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant airport experience
• Handle inquiries and feedback across various platforms - calls, email, chatbot, and social media
• Provide real-time flight updates and guide travelers to dining, retail, and facility options
• Assist during on-site emergencies or incidents, escalating where needed
• Contribute to daily operations with additional ad-hoc duties as required

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Employment Terms:

• Salary: Up to $2,300/month, inclusive of shift allowances.
• Work Schedule: 4-day work, 2-day off rotation.
• Benefits: Paid training, official uniform provided, and free company transport to and from Changi Airport
