Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell smart home systems, CCTV, and intercom solutions to walk-in and referred customers
• Provide consultation and product demonstrations to help customers select suitable packages
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and project proposals
• Coordinate with the operations team for site assessment and installation arrangements
• Maintain excellent after-sales service and build strong client relationships

Job Requirements

• Candidates with experience in sales, electronics, or security solutions will be an advantage
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays, with 1 scheduled weekday off
• Comfortable with technology-based products and customer-facing roles
