Job Description

The Student Care - Subject Tutor is responsible for Academic Development for weaker students. Our environment is a student care. It will be a group setting for the tutoring session. These extension training will be given to students who require more support, especially in the foundational concept of the said subject. (Pre and Post Improvement result is required)

Key Responsibilities:

- Part of the Teachers Family to perform the following:

. Sanitise and maintain classroom hygiene.

. Mark and Revise Academic assessment work.

. Brainstorm and Contribute Creative learning for festive seasons.

. To motivate and work with the team members towards achieving excellence and to meet centre target(s) and key performance indicators.

- Provide guidance in students' learning during homework supervision.

- Always ensure their safety and well-being

- Plan and Document learning progress of assigned students.

- Document learning improvement.

- Committed, reliable, creative, disciplined.

- Effective communications and classroom management skills.

Academic Requirements:

- PSLE (All As in English, Chinese, Mathematics)

- O' Level (All As in English, Chinese, Mathematics (E n A))

- A' Level (All As in English, Chinese, Mathematics) | Biology, Science and Business Studies optional

- AEIS (Admission Exercise for International Student) Training or experience will have an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

- Preferably candidate with GCE O' or A' Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Linguistics/Languages, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent

- Preferably at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

- Need to have a valid working passes or Singapore Citizenships

- Passion to work with children
