Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and frosting cakes according to brand standards and daily production needs
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistent product quality
- Operate baking equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and storage areas
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team with day-to-day production tasks
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in baking or cake decoration is an advantage
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team
- Possess WSQ Certificate or relevant baking qualification preferred
