About the Role:

We are assisting a leading high-growth working capital platform in their search for a dynamic professional to join their APAC team as Vice President, Originations. This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership in supporting the end-to-end deal process, from origination to structuring and execution, while managing key bank partnerships.

As part of a tight-knit, well-positioned working capital financing business, the ideal candidate will be a team-oriented self-starter who communicates effectively at all levels and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive asset origination and revenue generation.
• Lead the execution of deals and manage relationships with bank partners.
• Support prospecting efforts and manage Origination partners across APAC.
• Deliver compelling client pitches, presenting solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide market feedback to internal teams to enhance products and systems.
• Oversee end-to-end deal execution, including working with stakeholders such as Legal, Risk, and Operations.
• Prepare internal credit packs for investment committee approval.
• Manage deal documentation, KYC, and credit approval processes.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to identify opportunities and address risk flags.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of Corporate Credit Analyst or Trade Finance experience within a bank or financial services organization.
• Proven track record in investment banking, leveraged finance, or credit research.
• Bachelor's degree with an excellent academic record; a Master's degree or CFA certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial concepts and build financial models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; additional proficiency in another Asian language is a plus.
• Ability to work across time zones as required.
• Experience managing deal documentation, KYC, and credit approval processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
