What You'll Do:

As our Tender & Contracts Specialist, you'll be instrumental in our success by:

• Leading Tender Management & Proposal Preparation: You'll own the entire tendering process, from evaluating initial bids to crafting and submitting compelling proposals that stand out. This includes analyzing tender documents, developing winning strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to gather technical details, cost estimates, and project scopes.
• Mastering Cost Estimation & Pricing Strategy: You'll conduct in-depth cost analysis to create precise and competitive pricing structures. This involves negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals and aligning pricing with budget constraints and profitability goals.
• Negotiating Contracts & Assessing Risks: You'll review and negotiate contract terms to minimize project risks and maximize long-term benefits. You'll proactively identify potential risks and develop practical solutions, all while ensuring compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and safety requirements.
• Cultivating Stakeholder & Client Relationships: You'll work seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and consultants to build strong, collaborative bids. You'll also foster relationships with key clients and industry partners, keeping all stakeholders informed on tender progress.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven work experience in tender management, cost estimation, and project planning, ideally within the payroll outsourcing, BPO, or renovation sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex contracts and mitigate risks effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of budgeting and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GeBiz, TenderBoard, and various tendering software.
