You will be responsible for supporting enterprise customer development, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
• Support the development of enterprise accounts within assigned regions, industries, or customer groups.
• Assist in achieving business development goals and sales targets.
• Participate in meetings and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. - Customer & Account Management
• Help maintain accurate customer records and update key account information in the company's CRM system.
• Coordinate customer visits, support follow-up actions, and assist in preparing business proposals.
• Continuously explore customer needs to support account expansion. - Market Insight & Lead Generation
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer developments.
• Identify potential business leads and support pre-sales engagement.
• Assist in preparing market analysis reports as needed. - Administrative & Team Support
• Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentation materials.
• Participate in team meetings and training to strengthen sales capabilities.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by the team or supervisor.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related disciplines
- Language Skills: Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin is required as you are likely to meet with customers from China.

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop in an enterprise sales environment
• Responsible, organized, and proactive
• Basic understanding of telecommunications or ICT industry is a plus - Eligibility: Open to candidates with the right to work in Singapore
