About the Role:

Lead high-impact projects for a leading public sector organization, driving end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives in land management, geospatial systems, or digital transformation. Ensure projects align with national priorities, delivering on time, within budget, and with measurable value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Project Leadership
   Plan, execute, and close projects, managing time, cost, and processes while ensuring compliance with public sector governance frameworks (e.g., IM8, AgileSG). Govern budgets, vendor partnerships, and risk mitigation for projects involving geospatial tech, land administration systems, or citizen-facing digital services.
2. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
   Build strong relationships with government agencies, vendors, and internal teams, translating technical designs into actionable insights for non-tech stakeholders. Conduct steering committee meetings and deliver regular status reports to senior management.
3. Delivery Excellence
   Implement quality assurance processes (e.g., ISO 9001, ITIL) and pass audits for project deliverables. Create dashboards/tools to track KPIs like project profitability, timeline adherence, and user satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership
   Motivate cross-functional teams (tech, operations, vendors) to deliver public-sector-ready solutions.
   Resolve complex issues (e.g., vendor disputes, regulatory risks) without disrupting service continuity.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years in project management, preferably in public sector, land management, or geospatial tech.
• Skills: Agile/Waterfall methodologies | Stakeholder management | Risk/Compliance (e.g., IM8, GDPR).
  Familiarity with GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS), ERP systems, or digital transformation projects.
• Certifications: PMP, CITPM, or Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe) are strong pluses.
