Job Highlights

• \t Fresh grads welcome: Degree or relevant diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering (BCA-eligible as Technical Person)

• \t⚙ Hands-on in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, client liaison, project support, and safety planning

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Drafting & Coordination

• \tPrepare and update detailed drawings in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM

• \tLiaise with main contractors, consultants & internal teams on drawing submissions, revisions, and take-offs

2. Project Administration Support

• \tAssist sales/project admin with quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress-claim documentation

• \tMaintain digital library of past/current projects and supporting documents

3. Safety Planning & Documentation

• \tDevelop, review and submit site safety deliverables, including:

o\tRisk Assessments

o\tFall Protection Plans

o\tMethod Statements & Safe Work Procedures

o\tSite Organization Charts & Lifting Plans

• \tCoordinate internal safety audits and document toolbox-talk minutes

• \tAttend monthly safety committee meetings and occasional site walks (in coordination with site safety officers)

Requirements

• \tQualification:

o\tDegree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or

o\tDiploma in a related discipline from a BCA-recognized institution

• \tTechnical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/BIM

• \tSafety Skills: Familiarity with permit-to-work documentation and safety-planning formats

• \tCommunication: Excellent English; Mandarin a plus

• \tAttributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to juggle drafting, coordination and safety tasks
