About the Role:

As Operations Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end supply chain for SHEIN STAR's K-beauty products, ensuring cost-efficient, on-time production and seamless global distribution. You'll be the glue between Korean manufacturers, logistics partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate MOQs, pricing, and lead times with Korean OEMs.

2. Oversee production schedules for on-time delivery.

3. Coordinate global logistics (air/sea freight, customs).

4. Implement quality control protocols for defect-free batches.

5. Reduce supply chain costs through strategic sourcing.

6. Forecast inventory demand to prevent shortages.

7. Optimize warehousing and distribution efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Min. 5+ years in cosmetics/skincare operations or supply chain management.

2. Proven experience managing Korean OEMs and raw material suppliers.

3. Expertise in logistics (air/sea freight, INCOTERMS, customs clearance).

4. Strong negotiation skills (cost reduction, MOQs, lead times).

5. Data-driven mindset with experience in demand forecasting.

6. Knowledge of FDA/EU cosmetic regulations is highly preferred.

7. Korean language skills is a big plus.
