About the Role:

As an F&B Associate, you will work alongside our talented team of professionals to learn the intricacies of food and beverage operations in a luxury hotel setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing outstanding service to guests in restaurants, bars, banquet halls, or during room service.
• Learn to take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of dining areas to meet 5-star standards.
• Observe and participate in guest interactions, learning how to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Gain knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices in a professional F&B setting.
• Assist with special events, weddings, and corporate functions as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Culinary, Events Management or related program.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English as you are interacting with international guests (additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil are highly valued).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
