Job Summary:

The bellman is the first point of contact for guests arriving at a hotel. This role is responsible for greeting guests, handling their luggage, escorting them to rooms, and offering information and assistance throughout their stay to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage: loading, unloading, and delivering to/from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features, hotel amenities, and services.
• Provide directions and local area information as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms upon request (e.g., extra towels, room service, packages).
• Maintain the lobby area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Coordinate with front desk, valet, housekeeping, and concierge to ensure smooth guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Assist with arranging transportation or retrieving parked vehicles if required.
• Log and report lost and found items appropriately.

Qualifications:

• No experience needed.
• Must speak Mandarin to interact with high influx of Chinese tourist
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
