Our client is a newly set up hedge fund based in Singapore. They are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join their high caliber team.

Job scope:

• Handle all Compliance related function
• Act as the designated Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) with MAS and other regulatory bodies
• Main point of contact for internal/ external audits and ODD reviews
• Review and ensure that all documents can adequately address the Trade Compliance, PA Dealing, MNPI, AML/CFT and Data Protection risks faced by the Company
• Review marketing materials

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Compliance experience in asset management or regulatory authorities, in governance, risk, assurance, compliance, or internal control roles.
• Familiar with MAS regulations and asset management compliance, CMS license
• Well versed in SG and US regulations
• Independent and ability to work in a fast paced environment
