About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Branding and Content Lead to amplify the company's brand across global markets. You'll lead a remote team, collaborating with our in-house marketing and support team, to drive brand awareness and product education through powerful content, community-building, and localized partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand content strategies across social channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and niche ecommerce forums.
- Lead online and offline events, webinars, and workshops to build brand awareness and product education.
- Foster relationships with creators, partners, and merchants to generate user-driven storytelling.
- Identify and activate agencies, freelancers, and influencers for co-created campaigns and content.
- Supervise a remote team of 1-2 members, collaborating with our marketing and support team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in branding, content marketing, or growth/community roles, preferably in SaaS or tech companies (B2B or ecommerce tools).
- Excellent writing, positioning, and content planning skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce SaaS trends is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage to collaborate with regional stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
