Phoon Huat is on an exciting digital transformation journey for its two D2C channels - RedManshop.com (Singapore's #1 baking supplies brand) and LePetitDepot.com (Singapore's #1 French grocery platform). We're looking for a proactive, data-driven, and execution-focused eCommerce Manager to drive the growth and optimization of both brands' DTC platforms.

This dual-brand role will manage and elevate two distinct ecommerce experiences-value-focused, high-volume grocery and baking (RedMan), and premium, curated French products (Le Petit Depot). You'll work at the intersection of technology, marketing, and operations to deliver best-in-class online experiences that drive revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth
  • Lead the day-to-day performance and long-term development of both redmanshop.com.sg and lepetitdepot.com to maximize channel revenue and profitability
  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies tailored to each brand's unique customer profile and positioning
  • Align digital growth initiatives with overall commercial goals and marketing calendars

Platform Management
  • Oversee and continuously optimize the UX/UI, mobile responsiveness, load speed, and checkout journeys across both platforms
  • Manage catalogues, pricing, inventory tagging, and promotional content updates in partnership with merchandising and creative teams
  • Work closely with IT and 3rd-party developers to troubleshoot, enhance, and scale platform capabilities (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom platforms)

Performance & Optimization
  • Monitor ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, cart abandonment, etc.) via tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Hotjar
  • Lead A/B testing, UX experiments, and site enhancements to improve conversion rates and reduce bounce
  • Own SEO optimization efforts and collaborate on paid media conversion tracking

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with brand, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end ecommerce operations
  • Support the launch of new categories, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty program integration
  • Liaise with product and supply chain teams to ensure accuracy in stock levels and fulfillment readiness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, eCommerce, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing DTC ecommerce platforms, preferably in FMCG, grocery, or specialty retail
  • Strong working knowledge of ecommerce CMSs (preferably Shopify & Wordpress)
  • Comfortable working across two distinct brand identities and customer profiles
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo, and Facebook Business Manager
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, UX/UI principles, SEO, and onsite conversion techniques
  • Excellent project management skills; able to prioritise and execute in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
  • Preferred: Experience with integrations involving warehouse, ERP, and payment systems in Singapore
