We are looking for a passionate and driven Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring a consistently high standard of food, service, and guest experience. - Lead and manage all aspects of café operations, including front and back of house.
- Achieve sales targets and control costs (labor, food, supplies) to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, NEA regulations, and company standards.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to turn first-time visitors into loyal customers.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and coordinate with vendors and HQ on supply chain needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative duties (scheduling, payroll, reporting).
- Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, actively addressing operational or safety concerns.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing a café or F&B outlet.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Food Hygiene Certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Passion for customer service and quality food experiences.
