Lico Resources is partnering with a global technology solutions provider renowned for its comprehensive portfolio of digital transformation services and strong market presence across the region. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head the Solutioning & Pre-Sales function, driving growth across industries and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end solutioning and pre-sales strategy across all industry verticals and technology domains within the ASEAN region.
  • Drive qualification of market opportunities in partnership with sales leaders, formulate win themes, and develop compelling proposals aligned with HCL's capabilities.
  • Provide oversight and direction to a cross-border team of 7-10 solutioning professionals based in Singapore and India.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Delivery, Technology and Domain COEs to craft integrated, winnable propositions for customers.
  • Guide planning processes and contribute to the development of high-growth business strategies in the applications domain.
  • Represent the organisation in industry forums, analyst briefings, and client interactions, building thought leadership and market influence.
  • Lead large strategic bids and support team members in managing significant opportunities.
  • Conduct win/loss analyses to improve future bid strategies and institutionalise best practices through knowledge sharing and documentation.
  • Foster strategic alliances with select partners and maintain long-term consultative relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree with 15-20 years of experience in business consulting, application implementation, and support roles within Tier 1-2 firms.
  • Minimum of 10 years in solutioning or pre-sales functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Prior experience in delivering large-scale implementations is highly advantageous.
  • Strong familiarity with ASEAN market dynamics, including client ecosystems and competitive landscapes across multiple industries.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise application frameworks, COTS solutions, and architectural methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in the Financial Services sector and/or Singapore's enterprise market is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and collaborate across global stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven commercial acumen, particularly in contracting and bid negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex business and technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient, goal-driven leader capable of navigating ambiguity and executing growth strategies under pressure.
