- Working experience as admin / fresh graduate is welcome to apply, training provided
- Process on customers' P/O into system
- Verify selling price & part revision is correct
- Inform Director for new part revision & selling price needed
- Follow up with customer on revised PO
- Link Sales order to job traveller into system
- Issue Job Traveller & drawing to production
- Follow the cancelled job traveller & retrieved back from production
- Filling completed job traveller
- Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled
- Able to communicate well with customers directly by answering phone calls and emails
- Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries and feedback on orders, as well as about the goods our organisation provides
- Data entry
- Administrative duties (data entry, filing and scanning etc.)
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications for Data Entry
- Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software
- Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information regarding available stock and supplies or other data
- Ability to effectively work within record software and update files accurately
