JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Be able to place purchase and materials order and produce sale contract

2. Be able to carry out the contract clauses and control goods delivery schedule

3. To negotiate with the sub-contractors over the price and payment terms,

In addition, be able to effect import business

4. Collect, analyze, summarize, investigate and evaluate the equipment and materials of suppliers

6. Handle import and export business, complete purchase order and arrange delivery and arrival time

7. Handle relevant works , properly solve problems in dealing with purchasing goods, and be responsible for all of related matters

JOB QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline

2. Have 15 years experience minimum on procurement for Civil Construction materials

3. Proficient in Proficient in spoken and written English to liaise with overseas stakeholders.
