Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible and accountable for the yearly and monthly sales/performance achievements set by the CCPL Management.

2. To develop and implement strategies and business action plans based on the Company's business needs, brand requirements and future directions.

3. To be responsible for setting and supporting achievement of kitchen goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals.

4. To manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality and standards, and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.

5. To plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements; determines how food should be presented & creates decorative food displays.
