Responsibilities:

- Reporting to CEO based in Singapore, you will run your own recruitment/staffing business units to kick-start and manage new businesses in the country

- Drive and run business development activities within individual and within the team to secure new clients in the country and the region

- Manage, grow and drive to optimize the profitability of the recruitment business units in the country and region under your care/portfolio

- Ensure sales targets are met both on individual sales and team sales, and to consistently seek for growth

- Responsible for P&L for the team and unit that is under care

- To work together within the management team to foster a good, healthy and positive team's dynamics

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge and experience in the Recruitment industry, either in Temporary/Contract or Permanent recruitment

- Experience in managing a sales team within the recruitment sector

- Professional, good business acumen with an achievement mindset

- Proven sales record, results/KPI driven
