Our client, a fast growing MNC with presence in over 100 countries; is looking for a Senior PR Manager at the heart of shaping and safeguarding the organization's public image, with a deep commitment to ESG and crisis handling. You will oversee media relations, influencer partnerships, and storytelling efforts to position the brand as a leader in the industry. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive impactful PR campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee the development of press releases, articles, speeches, blogs, and social media posts that reflect the organization's values and reputation goals.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform PR strategies, content creation and new storylines.
• Design and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance and protect the organization's public image, ensuring alignment with its social values.
• Organize and manage events, such as campaign launches, press briefings, and community clean-ups.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson during any reputational challenges including crisis communication, ensuring open, transparent communication
• Build lasting relationships with stake holding groups, influencers, and media outlets passionate about fashion

Requirement:

• At least 8 - 10 years of experience in PR or reputation management including ideally with exposure to CSR-related projects.
• Experience from Ecommerce / Fashion industries an added advantage
• Proven ability to handle high-stakes communication, especially crisis communication with clarity and diplomacy.
• Exceptional writing skills to convey authentic, inspiring messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
