Job Description:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in one of the four core areas: Academic Writing, Reading, Listening/Speaking, or English as a Foreign Language.
  • Teach classes of 25 to 50 students, adapting instruction to accommodate diverse proficiency levels.
  • Apply active learning strategies, including task-based, collaborative, and student-centered approaches.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback on assignments such as essays, presentations, and related tasks.
  • Attend weekly faculty meetings to support curriculum alignment and instructional consistency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably with teenagers or young adults.
    Demonstrated success in test preparation (IELTS/TOEFL) or English for Academic Purposes (EAP).
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (degrees in English, Education, or related fields preferred but not required).
  • TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification with practical training.
  • Skilled in managing and teaching mixed-proficiency classes.
  • Familiar with active learning strategies, including task-based and student-centered methods.
  • Experience teaching academic writing using citation formats such as APA or MLA.
  • Background in drama or public speaking, particularly for enhancing oral communication classes.
