Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance to meet revenue targets and achieve company goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Address business inquiries from customers and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, including performance reviews, training, and discipline.
  • Manage new and ongoing projects, including technical and feasibility studies with internal and third-party teams.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives and project plan to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with factories to propose solutions in product design, processes, and packaging, and to drive cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives via engineering development.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior and management.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with technical documents and manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
