Self-collection Service Crew / Cashier (Self-service Concept)

We are a new casual self-service concept serving up yakitori/skewer dons. The role will primarily be helping customers and passing food to them at the collection counter. Most orders will be done through online QR code self-ordering.

No prior experience needed. Just a desire to work together in a supportive environment.

Work Location: Near Kent Ridge MRT

Job Duties

• Greet and assist customers
• Show customers how to complete QR Code Ordering. Most orders will be done via QR self-ordering.
• Handle POS (sales terminal), Food Delivery devices and all cashier transactions (where necessary)
• Prepare and pack orders, buzz for customers and pass prepared food at collection counter.
• Basic food/drink preparation.
• Assist and support with stock replenishment
• Coordination with Kitchen Team
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Adhere to SOPs/recipe guidelines
• Assist where necessary, as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• No prior experience needed, training will be provided
• Salary will be based on experience
• Familiarity with using iPads, food delivery devices and phones
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
