Job Description
➢Overseeing the daily operations of the Service Advisors and Customer Service Assistant to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
➢ Lead, mentor and train service advisors and staff to maintain service excellence and meet NPS score.
➢ Monitor and drive financial performance, including service revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.
➢ Timely end day / month invoicing report to management
➢Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services
➢Able to spot trend of unusual performance of vehicles. Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted
➢Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring a high level of service quality and loyalty
➢Test drive with customer if necessary
➢Perform other related tasks as assigned by After Sales Manager
➢Report to After Sales Manager - Head Of Technical Department
➢Must have passion to meet people and customer service oriented.
➢Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering or any Technical qualification
➢Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferably Class 3)
➢Able to work with minimum supervision.
➢3-5 yrs automotive experience.
➢Computer Literate
➢Able to converse in at least one other non-English speaking languages.
