Job Description

We invite applicants for an immediate full-time position of a Junior Paralegal.

Applicants should have a law degree or Temasek Polytechnic Diploma in Law or a Paralegal diploma with at least one (1) year experience in a litigation department of a law firm.

Applicants with the following requirements will be shortlisted:-

• Knowledge of E-litigation/ICMS

• Law research

• Customize precedents of court documents

• Drafting of correspondence and court documents

• Fast and accurate typing for recording court proceedings and meeting attendance with clients

• A sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel

• Physical and Zoom Court attendances with Solicitor on case matters

• A multi-tasker with attentiveness to details and prioritises work and meet deadlines
