Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to perform data entry and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and comfortable handling routine clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
  • Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation
  • Prepare and format reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Handle filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure all data is entered and stored in compliance with company policies

Minimum Education: GCE O Level or equivalent; further education is a plus

Experience: Prior experience in a clerical or data entry role preferred

Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of filing systems and office equipment

Language: Proficient in English (verbal and written)
