Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to perform data entry and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and comfortable handling routine clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Education: GCE O Level or equivalent; further education is a plus
Experience: Prior experience in a clerical or data entry role preferred
Skills:
Language: Proficient in English (verbal and written)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
- Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation
- Prepare and format reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Handle filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure all data is entered and stored in compliance with company policies

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
