An established manufacturing MNC with a strong regional presence in manufacturing and R&D is seeking a Finance Manager to join its leadership team. With operations spanning across Asia, the company is committed to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
The Role
As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the CFO and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for both Singapore and Taiwan. This is a pivotal role that provides high visibility within the business and offers opportunities to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Lead and manage end-to-end finance and accounting functions including P&L, balance sheet, and statutory reporting.
- Handle monthly consolidation of financial reports, statutory filings, and weekly management reporting.
- Support monthly business reviews and quarterly board meetings with insightful financial analysis.
- Drive the annual budgeting process and support the rolling forecast exercise.
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure robust financial controls and compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
- Take the lead in finance-related projects involving system enhancements, process optimization, and business transformation.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a full-spectrum finance role, including management and financial reporting, analysis, and statutory compliance.
- Strong background in manufacturing environments
- Proficient in SAP and other financial systems.
- Willingness to travel across manufacturing and R&D facilities in the region on an adhoc basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work hands-on and with high attention to detail.
- Proven track record or interest in driving finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
