Job Responsibilities:

• \tConduct Taekwondo classes for students of various age groups and skill levels.

• \tGuide students with an open-minded and forward-thinking attitude, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• \tMonitor and evaluate students' progress and provide detailed updates to parents regarding their child's development.

• \tProvide specialized training for students preparing for competitions or higher-level belt grading tests.

• \tOrganize and pack all Taekwondo training equipment and materials after each class.

• \tMaintain discipline and safety standards during all training sessions.

• \tWork closely with fellow instructors and school staff to plan and improve training programs.

Requirements:

• \tA bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.

• \tMinimum 10 years of experience in teaching Taekwondo.

• \tStrong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with students and their parents.

• \tPassionate about martial arts and dedicated to helping students grow both physically and mentally.

• \tAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.

• \tProficient in organizing class materials and ensuring a clean and safe training environment.
