We are seeking a driven and capable IAM Consultant to join our Identity Security team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in IAM tools and a passion for securing digital identities in dynamic enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and partners to assess Identity Security needs and recommend solutions that align with business goals and compliance standards.
• Communicate the value of IAM solutions through whiteboarding sessions, technical presentations, and live demonstrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Design, implement, and evaluate IAM solutions, including proofs of concept (POCs) and full-scale deployments.
• Continuously enhance expertise through self-driven learning and achieve relevant vendor-agnostic and product-specific certifications.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to internal knowledge sharing and mentoring team members.
• Perform additional duties and support projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IAM consulting, implementation, or a related security discipline.
• Practical experience with at least one of the following platforms:Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID
  SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud
  OpenText NetIQ
  CyberArk Identity
  
• Solid understanding of key IAM protocols and concepts, such as SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory.
• Strong scripting ability in PowerShell, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with other IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Saviynt, Delinea) is a plus.
