1. Arrange the workers to work daily, and record the timecard for workers every day, courting the salary at end ofthe month,generate BBs according to construction drawings;

2. Follow the main contractor to inspection the rebar and formwork

3.Control the quality /budget/site progress

4. Can work over time

5. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

6. oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The general foreman responsibilitiesinclude ordering, building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new constructionemployees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.

Requirement:

Able to start work immediately Or ASAP

Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

BSCC is basic requirement

Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

The ability to view the drawing.

Fluent in Mandarin as there is a need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Fluent in Chinese language to support operations in China.

.Proficiency in Mandarin both spoken and written will be an advantage to translate business documents.
