Project manager (Renovation)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renovation Project Manager to oversee renovation and construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for renovation projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and inspections for compliance with regulations.
2. Budget & Cost Management
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets to avoid overruns.
• Track expenses and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
3. Team Coordination & Communication
• Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, designers, and construction teams.
4. Quality Control & Safety Compliance
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project delays or complications.
5. Timeline & Performance Management
• Monitor project milestones and adjust schedules as needed.
• Troubleshoot project delays and implement solutions to keep the renovation on track.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field (preferred). Candidate with extensive relevant experience may also apply.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in commercial interior design renovation or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Successful candidate is required to work in the evening occassionally, when required.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Strong budgeting, negotiation, and contract management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful candidate is required to work in evening and night, to supervise the renovation progress when is needed.
