It aims to provide leisurely shopping experience in a spacious store will all things sustainble. Our new East Coast retail location will be more than just a store-it's a destination where customers can shop, discover exclusive collections, and enjoy engaging experiences.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and ensure smooth store operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excels in customer service, and is comfortable executing in-store events and working with partners to enhance the retail experience.

• Store Operations & Sales: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and an inviting shopping environment. Drive sales performance through excellent customer service and upselling. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to optimize product appeal.

• Customer Experience:Ensure every customer has a positive and personalized shopping experience as well as sharing the sustainability mission and values.

• Team Leadership & Staffing: Train and guide the sales team to deliver expert product knowledge and styling advice. Oversee staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Maintain a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment.

• Vendor Management:Know the terms of each partnership and track inventory and product flow of each brand in the house. Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to enhance restocking, branding VM and other store activities.

• Event Execution & Store Partnerships: Work with marketing team to execute activations, promotions, and exclusive shopping experiences. Facilitate Workshops/pop-ups host in the store.

REQUIREMENTS

• Only LTVP/ PR / Singaporean may apply

• 2+ years of retail management experience, ideally in lifestyle brands or fashion.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering top-tier customer service.

• Experience executing events and working with retail partners.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.

• Excellent spoken English with ability to speak at least one other Asian language.
