JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the Store Manager to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably, achieving targets set by the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform kitchen and service operation duties
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth operation and customer service
- Maintain quality standard of services including hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance
- Monitor quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction and respond proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situation
- Assist with work schedules
- Check stock levels and order supplies
- Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and team member satisfaction by executing and perform fair disciplinary and performance management
- Perform all ad hoc assignments dedicated by Store Manager or Management
REQUIREMENTS
- Singaporeans only
- Must have Food Hygiene Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B industry (Japanese cooked food and customer service)
- Required languages: English, Mandarin (in order to handle orders, queries and feedback from English and Mandarin speaking customers)
- A team player, meticulous, organized and service-oriented
- Must be able to work shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays
