CONQUAS Manager (A1 Main Contractor)

Renowned for its commitment to building standards and innovation, the company is looking for a dedicated and experienced CONQUAS Manager to lead the quality assurance efforts and uphold the highest construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the CONQUAS and Quality Mark (QM) assessment strategy in accordance with BCA guidelines and project timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of QA/QC personnel to ensure quality control processes are effectively carried out across all project stages.
• Work closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to embed quality standards into construction activities and ensure alignment with BCA criteria.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and internal reviews to identify potential quality issues and initiate corrective actions proactively.
• Prepare and submit quality documentation and reports, including CONQUAS/QM assessments, quality inspection checklists, and performance evaluations to relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience in QAQC trade in the construction industry
• BCA-certified CONQUAS (QM) Manager
• Proven track record of delivering high CONQUAS scores in past projects is highly advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of BCA CONQUAS requirements and standards
